Charlie Scott brings more than 30 years of first-hand homebuilding industry experience his speaking, writing and work with clients as an owner of Woodland, O’Brien & Scott. Charlie’s career in homebuilding began with a market-leading private builder and over the next 20 years he rose from new home Salesperson to Executive VP of Operations (and minority owner). During this time he helped grow the firm from 26 units to 550 homes annually and National Housing Quality Gold recognition.

In 2007, Charlie transitioned from building homes to building homebuilders. For the past 8 years, Charlie has worked with 90 of the nation’s leading private builders, helping them pursue operational excellence by implementing a customized “Voice of the Customer” process.
